Hi I’m Ed. I’ve always grown up in a Christian family and I’ve always valued the support my parents gave to me. My mum used to pray with me every night before I went to bed. I went to church when I was about five and thats when I met one of my best life long friends Ali Martin.
When Flameheads started I remember naming it after my favourite sweatshirt and it’s obviously relevant to pentecost. When I went to church with my parents I really hated it. I felt trapped, it was a 1 day a week relationship with God and the rest of the time I just didn’t care. When I was about 12 I went to Stoneleigh where I met properly with God and he turned my life around. Recently I’ve managed to have a proper relationship with God and I just want to worship him for being such a glorious God.
Now I want to live a full life with God and serve him in all that I do!!
