Hi I’m Pete! I have been brought up in a Christian family and still am fortunately!! We went to this church called St. Alkmunds, where my Dad is one of the church wardens and leader of sermon slot, and my Mum and Sister lead Sunday school, even tho this church had a few of my mates it didn’t really do it for me because there wasn’t a lot of youth stuff going on but it is improving, then my mate Oli Snelling asked me to come to this church in Shrewsbury, that his family changed to, from the same church I was going to at the time. I said yes to him and went to Barnabas and the first few weeks was a bit nerve wracking but in the end I made loads of new mates and went to the group A2J, then this holiday option came up and it sounded AMAZING and it was called NEWDAY!!! When I went I met quite a few new people and made new mates and then at one of the stadium shows I committed my life to God, and this time it meant something, ever since I have been trying to get to Barnabas as often as I can coz it is a great church and it made me found myself with God it felt amazin!!!!
